At Muskeg Munchkins Baby Boutique, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality and locally-made products. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
• We accept returns on unused, unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date with a receipt.
• Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
• Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation once your refund is issued.
Exchanges
• Exchanges can be made within 30 days, subject to item availability.
• If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or refund.
In-Store Purchases
For in-store purchases, please bring the item and receipt back to our boutique to process a return or exchange.
Online Purchases
• For online orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
